I know how you feel and you are not alone. I also used to be driven in reaction to everyone's needs and just spent at the end of the day. I turned to false comfort without realizing what was driving me. Now though, I walk in freedom and joy. I want to lend you my process so you too can love yourself and walk in the freedom that you were born for. 

Here is how: 

1. Vision: We get clear on what health means to you and spend time building up your hope and confidence that change is possible. Vision gives pain a purpose.

  

2. Discovery: We identify and replace root systems and beliefs that are driving behavior so that you can find deep internal freedom instead of behavior modification. 

3. Resilience: We upgrade lifestyle changes such as setting boundaries on your time and output so that you can have energy left over for you and your goals. 

Bonus! 

4. Community: We get you plugged into a mini mindful eating group to walk alongside other women and have ongoing community support for creating new belief systems and habits.
